● Trough Idlers

● Flat Return Idlers
Flat return idlers are used on the return side of the conveyor belt to prevent sagging and stretching. By supporting the normal operation of the conveyor belt, flat return idlers effectively extend the service life of the conveyor belt, ensuring continuity in material transport.
● Impact Idlers
Impact idlers are specifically designed for the loading area of the conveyor belt, where impacts from material drop can often damage the conveyor belt.
