Utilizing Multi-Level Cell (MLC) NAND flash technology and a high-speed eMMC 5.1 HS400 interface, this managed NAND device delivers reliable sequential read speeds up to 170 MB/s and sequential write performance up to 300 MB/s. It operates over a wide 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range.
