Application
Mining Industry
- Ore Extraction: In open-pit mining, the crawler-type screw reclaimer is used to reclaim and transport ore from the excavation site to designated processing points. It efficiently handles materials such as iron ore, copper ore, and gold ore, working in conjunction with other equipment for further processing and transport.
- Tailings Management: In tailings storage facilities, it aids in the cleanup and recovery of tailings, enabling the extraction of valuable components, thus increasing resource utilization rates.
Coal Industry
- Underground Coal Mines: The reclaimer is used to remove coal accumulations from mining faces and tunnels. It reclaims coal from the cutting site and feeds it onto a scraper or belt conveyor, ensuring continuous coal transport and improving coal mining efficiency.
- Coal Preparation Plants: In coal yards, the machine can classify and stack different coal grades for washing, processing, or storage, and can also reclaim coal from stockpiles for processing.
Port & Logistics
- Bulk Cargo Handling: At bulk terminals, the reclaimer unloads materials like coal, ore, and grain from ship holds and transfers them to conveyors or storage yards. It can also load cargo from yards back onto ships, improving port efficiency and reducing manual labor.
- Stockpile Management: Used to stack and organize bulk materials in port storage areas, forming uniform stockpiles for easy management, and allowing selective reclaiming as needed.
Agriculture
- Grain Storage Facilities: The machine reclaims grain from storage piles and transfers it onto conveyors for outbound shipment. During storage, it can also evenly distribute grain in warehouses for better space utilization and grain preservation.
- Silage Feed Handling: On livestock farms, the reclaimer is used to transfer chopped silage into silos for compaction and sealing, supporting high-quality feed production.
