Galvanized steel netting coated with marine grade PVC coating:
The coating is fuse bonded to the core wire to form a firm corrosion resistant protective layer.
Wire need to be hot-dipped galvanized after welding
Hot dipped zinc coating amount: 130g galvanized coating(130 grams of galvanizing per square meter)
PVC coating: Wires to be coated in 0.7-0.8mm pvc coating, hence the pvc coated lobster traps can be used in salt water for at least 6 months of the year. al
Wire strength and flexibility: Wire needs to be able to bend atleast 90 degrees at the weld joints without the wire and pvc coating cracking or breaking.
