When used as a softener, plasticizer, or processing aid, it improves the flexibility, cold resistance, and processability of rubber, making it easier to mold. At the same time, it helps improve the scratch resistance and stability of rubber products.
When added to coatings, microcrystalline wax improves leveling, gloss, and abrasion resistance, enhances the coating’s water resistance and corrosion resistance, and prevents pigment settling and caking. When used in inks, it enhances gloss, abrasion resistance, and drying properties, while preventing ink splatter and smudging during the printing process.
