Stationary type rock breaker boom system is a machine designed to manipulate large rocks, including reducing large rocks into smaller rocks. It is typically used in the mining, quarrying and aggregate industries to remove oversize rocks that are too large or too hard to be reduced in size by a crusher or grizzly. Use Case:
This robot arm is mainly used in the inlet or grizzly screen of all kinds of mines and quarry crushers for secondary crushing of large materials. It can be installed next to the hopper of primary crusher to crush the oversized stones at the grizzly screen mouth, or next to the hopper mouth of truck hopper and tipper, etc. It can effectively solve the problem of jamming and clogging in crushing production line, and improve the output of the crusher in the initial stage by up to 20%.
