External Lubrication: Fischer Tropsch wax has low compatibility with polymers, so during processing it easily migrates to the surface to form a lubricating layer. This reduces friction between the resin and equipment, prevents adhesion, and improves demolding and extrusion efficiency.
Internal Lubrication and Plasticization: At high temperatures, its compatibility with the resin increases, weakening intermolecular cohesive forces, reducing melt viscosity, and improving flow. This is particularly effective for the extrusion of high-viscosity systems.
Pigment/Filler Dispersion: Its low viscosity and high wettability enable it to effectively wet dye and filler particles, reducing particle agglomeration and improving dispersion efficiency, while also enhancing the wear resistance of masterbatches.
