High melting point and hardness: Oxidised polyethylene wax exhibits a melting point exceeding 100°C, with certain grades reaching approximately 130°C. This enables it to remain solid at elevated temperatures, delivering stable sealing performance without softening or migration. Concurrently, its high hardness endows the sealing material with excellent resistance to extrusion and wear.
Strong Adhesion and Compatibility: Oxidation treatment introduces polar groups into its molecular chains, significantly enhancing compatibility with polar resins and other sealing material components. Simultaneously, it exhibits strong adhesion to substrates such as metals, forming a robust sealing layer.
