- Designed with PN500 pressure rating (equivalent to 50.0MPa), it can withstand the ultra-high pressure environment of 50.0MPa, which is suitable for the pipeline system of Arahan Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding leakage risks caused by insufficient pressure bearing capacity.
- Adopts precision needle-type structure, which can realize stepless and precise adjustment of fluid flow, with high adjustment accuracy, suitable for power plant instrument loops and other occasions that require strict control of flow.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality alloy steel, with excellent ultra-high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the sealing surface is precision ground to ensure good sealing performance and prolong the service life in harsh power plant working conditions.
- Adopts metal-to-metal seating and pressure self-tightening sealing structure, the higher the internal cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance, and the valve cover packing box is reasonably designed to ensure reliable sealing during operation without external leakage of the valve stem.
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API, ASME and GBT standards, which can be directly matched with imported equipment of power plants, and the structure is simple and easy to maintain, lowering the later operation and maintenance cost of power plants.
