 Function and mechanism in ink:

Anti-scratch and anti-abrasion: Wax particles are uniformly distributed within the dried ink layer, with some protruding above the ink film surface to form a fine, uneven protective layer. When external forces (such as friction or scratching) act upon the ink layer, these protruding hard wax particles first bear and disperse the pressure, thereby protecting the relatively softer resin binder and significantly enhancing the ink layer's resistance to abrasion.

Anti-Adhesion: The microscopic roughness created by wax particles on the ink film surface reduces the actual contact area between layers during printed material stacking or winding. This diminishes interfacial adhesion forces, effectively preventing ‘smudging’ and ‘sticking’ on the reverse side of printed items.

Enhanced Slip and Hand Feel: Surface wax particles impart a smooth tactile sensation while reducing surface friction coefficients, greatly benefiting subsequent processing operations such as die-cutting, box assembly, and filling.
