Galvanized roofing nails are the mostly used roofing nails with less cost and good property. Hot dipped galvanized nails offer higher strength and longer life compared with electro galvanized nails. HDG (simplified term for hot dipped galvanizing) nails can be made with Smooth shank or ring shanks, flat top or umbrella head.

 

Hot dipped galvanized roofing nails with umbrella head and ring shanks are durable and firmly fixed, especially suitable for tropical areas house buildings. Three reasons of choosing: First, Twist ring shank roofing nails galvanized are used extensively in post frame construction due to their superior performance. The nails have approximately twice the withdrawal resistance of smooth-shank nails of the same diameter. Second, the umbrella head offers bigger strength compared with flat head nails; third, the HDG treatment guarantees a long term use of the roofing nails.
