Wood Lathe CNC Machine is designed for cylindrical or conoid workpieces, for example pillar, banister, chair-legs, etc. This cnc wood turning lathe is with single axis but two lathe cutters. Two lathe cutters work together, one for roughing, another for finishing, improving processing efficiency greatly with smooth working surface.
CNC Woodturning Lathe Features:
1) One axis with two blades, the single axis can hold one square timber, one blade is for rough finish, another blade is for fine finish.The two blade increase working efficiency greatly.
2) Infinitely variable DC feed motor with feeding speed of 0 to 3000rpm.
3) Drive mode: Y axis adopt rack and pinion transmission, X and Z axis adopt Taiwan TBI ballscrew transmission.
4) X, Y, Z axes all adopt Taiwan Hiwin linear square guide rails, high precision and durable use.
5) Heavy casting steel construction to avoid vibration, processed surface is smooth and precision.
6) DSP handle control system, very easy to operate.
