Enhancing Scratch Resistance and Abrasion Resistance: Micronized wax (such as polyethylene wax and polytetrafluoroethylene wax) migrate to the surface after the ink film forms, creating a micro-rough layer that reduces the coefficient of friction and significantly improves the print’s resistance to scratches and abrasion.
Preventing Adhesion (Anti-Sticking): During stacking or high-speed web printing, wax migration reduces adhesion between printed sheets, which is particularly critical in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
