Exceptional Lubricating Properties: Fischer-Tropsch wax effectively reduces melt viscosity and minimises friction between the melt and metal surfaces of processing equipment, thereby increasing injection moulding production speeds.
Enhanced Surface Gloss: As an external lubricant for plastics such as PVC, it markedly improves the surface finish of the final product.
Promotes Filler Dispersion: During the production of masterbatches and modified plastics, Fischer-Tropsch wax aids in the uniform dispersion of fillers while imparting excellent slip properties to the material.
Synergistic effect with stabilisers: When used in conjunction with PVC processing stabilisers, it extends thermal stability duration and broadens the permissible processing temperature range. This benefit is particularly pronounced when processing CPVC resins, which have narrower processing parameter windows.
