ع (أ) مُكْسِدة

 Oxidized polyethylene wax serves primarily as an excellent lubricant in PVC cable manufacturing, significantly enhancing processing properties while improving the smoothness and gloss of finished products. The carbonyl and hydroxyl groups on its molecular chain enhance compatibility with polar resins, effectively preventing material adhesion during extrusion and improving demoulding performance.

Beyond its lubricating function, it also serves as a dispersant to facilitate the uniform distribution of pigments and fillers, proving particularly suitable for high-speed extrusion and other scenarios demanding superior processing efficiency. Oxidised polyethylene waxes of varying densities can be tailored for diverse PVC products; for instance, high-density grades are frequently employed in cable compounds.
